L-613-43-6 is made of 1 ¾ “Nylon/Polyester adjustable strap webbing with a layer protection using 3” webbing rated at over 23kN (5,000 lb). The steel slotted D-ring rated at over 23Kn (5,000 Lbs) passes through the carbon steel D-ring rated at over 23Kn (5,000 Lbs) to create a secure anchor point rated at over 23kN (5,000 lb). This product meets and exceeds the requirements of OSHA and ANSI Z359.1.
